Panic attack Wednesday, July 19, 2006, 12:11 AM Well, I've just had the third panic attack of my life and I have to say that they are no damn fun at all, especially when they wake me out of a dead sleep. I never thought I'd be the type to have a panic attack because I usually don't let things worry me, but I guess my body isn't fooled by my head after all. This one was the worst of all. It hit fast and hard and I thought I was going to die. And I really want to call my mom right now, but it's three a.m. and I don't want to upset her. Has anyone reading ever had a panic attack before?
